High Output 12 - 24V Low Fuel Warning Light Module (for resistive senders)
- Low Fuel Warning Light Module
- Slow response means steady indication
- drives up to 16A resistive or inductive load
- can be added to most vehicles (12 or 24V) with a resistive sender
- works on its own or at the same time as a conventional gauge

This Low Fuel Warning Light Module is our own design.
- 12 or 24 V negative earth (Max 35V Min 12V)
- 16A switching (sink output >100A peak)
- it will work with both low resistance when empty and high resistance when empty senders
- works with or without gauge connected
- -25 - +85 C.
- 20mA load.
The Low Fuel Warning module has four connections, Power, ground, sensor, and LED.
Calibration is by adjusting the 22 turn potentiometer switch point with a small screwdriver.
The module has a deliberately slow response to changes in the input signal. This solves two problems found with simpler units
1. when fuel sloshes around in the tank, the sender moves, but the light remains steady
2. bimetallic panel regulators can pulse the supply to the sender, the indicator will ignore these fluctuations.
A pre-wired 3mm RED LED with mounting bezel is optional with this module;
- can be added to most vehicles with a resistive sender
- works on its own or at the same time as a conventional gauge
This unit is based on our simpler Low Fuel Warning module but operates up to 35V and has a much more powerful output suitable for driving larger loads (up to 16A)
it also has jumpers to switch from low resistance when empty to high resistance when empty.
